New Theme!
Welcome to the new Kalesa ni Maria =)
Well, sort of. I’ve been neglecting this blog for some time now. Since I made the move from Joomla to Wordpress to be precise. I think it has something to do with the template I’ve been experimenting with. Nothing seemed to have worked or at least nothing felt comfortable until I came across this theme from Pilkster (credit link in my footer) which didn’t have any images at all. It’s bare bones made for ad theme.
I edited it, added my header, removed ad spots and though it’s still in development (aren’t web sites in perpetual beta? gaaaah) I can say I’m happ with the clean look and colors of my new theme.
With the new theme you will see a revamped content category which will have more entries of interest to the Filipino community in the US and in countries I’ve traveled so far.
If you have been going through my contents and coming back to use them as reference (specially the culinary substitutions and other “stuff”), no worries, they will all find a home in this blog or in other blogs I have already launched.
In short, in the two years I’ve been web publishing, I’m becoming wiser, more organized and yes. I’ve earned some along the way. Oh wait, that’s a topic I’m tackling in another blog! =)
Needless to say, I’m excited! I hope you will continue to support and read through my entries.
