Perfect Apple Pie

6 cups thinly sliced, peeled apples
3/4 cup sugar
2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
3/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Heat oven to 400ºF. Place crust in pan as directed on side of package.
In large bowl, stir together filling ingredients. Follow directions for Two-Crust Pie on Pillsbury pie crust box.

Much like turkey, Thanksgiving won’t be complete without the apple pie, a mainstay in Thanksgiving dinner.
MAKES: 8 servings PREP: 15 minutes COOK: 20 minutes.

1 tbsp McCormick Ground Cinnamon
