Perfect Apple Pie
Thursday, November 8th, 20076 cups thinly sliced, peeled apples
3/4 cup sugar
2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
3/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Heat oven to 400ºF. Place crust in pan as directed on side of package.
In large bowl, stir together filling ingredients. Follow directions for Two-Crust Pie on Pillsbury pie crust box.
