Batter:
1 egg, beaten well
2 tablespoons cold water
1/4 cup cornstarch
salt and pepper to taste
Sweet and Sour Sauce:
1/2 cup catsup
1/3 cup honey
1/8 teaspoon chili pepper (optional)
