Pork Sisig

1 1/2 kilo Pork head
1/4 cup grilled liver, diced
2 small onions, minced
2 red pepper, minced
1 head garlic, minced
6 hot chili pepper, minced
2 tbsp oil
1 c vinegar
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp brown sugar
1 c beef stock
Grill pork head to crisp

1 medium-sized onion, sliced
2 medium-sized tomatoes, sliced
5-7 cups water
2 cups oriental radish (daikon) sliced diagonally
2 Japanese eggplants, sliced thick diagonally
1 hot chili pepper (optional)
1 tablespoon fish sauce (patis)
juice of 1 lemon
salt and pepper to taste

1 Kl Pork (cut into chunk cubes)
12 pcs Tamarind (Sampaloc)
6 big tomatoes, quartered
2 pcs Radish, thinly sliced
1 bundle Sitaw or Stringbeans, cut into bite-size pieces
1 bundle Kangkong or spinach, cut into bite-size pieces
Salt and Patis to taste
6 cups water
