Cebu Pacific Offers ZERO Fare for Clark Hub and Manila-Osaka

Of course you still need to pay for something! It just says zero fare, not fly free.

Cebu Pacific, in a latest bid to encourage more Filipinos to fly their airline is offering people who are flying out of Clark Zone (Pampanga, Philippines) and those making the Manila-Osaka trip the chance to just pay for fuel and insurance surcharge which brings down passenger expense to something between $45 - $100 (USD) one-way.
